Contact bedemarblegamer@gmail.com. Include your iOS version, Mai version, the screen involved and what happened. Avoid passwords or payment-card details.

Purchases and cancellation

Use Restore Purchases in Profile, or Restore on Mai's purchase screen, to recover a subscription on the same Apple Account. Manage or cancel it using the Apple subscriptions page or Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions. Removing Mai does not cancel a subscription. Apple handles payments and refund requests.

Video lessons

YouTube lessons need an internet connection. A video may become unavailable if its creator removes it or changes its availability. The “Watch full video on YouTube” link opens the source video. Saved words and their review progress are stored on your device.

Missing video lessons

Check for an app update and contact support if the problem continues. Do not delete Mai as a troubleshooting step: your review history is stored on your device.

Creators and rights holders

Mai shows public YouTube videos in YouTube's own player, credits each creator and links to the original video. If you own a video that appears in Mai and would like it removed, email bedemarblegamer@gmail.com with the video's link. We remove it from Mai promptly, usually within a few days and without needing an app update.

Reminders

Change study reminders in Profile. If notifications are disabled, enable them in iOS Settings → Notifications → Mai. Learning days follow your device's time zone.
